By accessing or using J4SGON HUB ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Scrape or harvest data without permission
• Impersonate other users or entities

4. Content & Intellectual Property

AI agents, courses, tools, and other content on the Platform are proprietary to J4SGON HUB or its licensors. You may use content only as permitted by your subscription tier. You retain ownership of content you create or upload, but grant us a license to host and display it as part of the Platform's services.

5. Hub Coins & Virtual Items

Hub Coins and virtual items (badges, agent cards, rewards) have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify coin earning rates, adjust balances, or discontinue virtual items at any time.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis at the rate displayed at time of purchase. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI-generated content, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI agents may produce incorrect or inappropriate outputs — use your judgment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J4SGON HUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
